## 你需要准备什么

使用 Powfi 需要：

1. 一个 [**Alephium 钱包**](https://alephium.org/wallets/)，用来存放资产并与 DeFi 交互。

2. 一些 **ALPH**，用于支付交易费，以及兑换、提供流动性或质押。

3. **Powfi**，用来使用它的 DEX 和流动性功能。

## 在 Powfi 上可以做什么

* 通过 Powfi，或直接通过支持的钱包（包括 Alephium 手机钱包）**兑换代币**。

* **质押 ALPH** 并获得 **xALPH**。可以通过 Powfi 和支持的钱包（包括 Alephium 手机钱包）质押。

* 在 Powfi 的 CLMM 或 CPMM 池中**提供流动性**。

* 用符合条件的流动性仓位参与**流动性挖矿**。

* 在支持的池和应用中使用 xALPH，包括 Powfi 的 ALPH/xALPH 池。

* 通过 **ETH 和 BSC** 使用与其他生态连通的流动性。

## 第一步

**第一次使用 Powfi？** 先[获取一些 ALPH](/zh/user-guide/funding-a-wallet)，再[连接你的 Alephium 钱包](/zh/user-guide/choosing-a-wallet)。

之后你可以：
